when you pass me by

when you pass by me,
your hands weaving tapestry
with my skin, the sin of inhaling
you in, my rhapsody
in the key of Forever,
i am indebted to the
never forgotten endeavor
of a dream seamed with real
and when i feel you down
on your knees, the sieze
of your breath pulling me in,
your tongue speaking wisdom
and truthswith the wet
never-forget of a grail,

i never fail to want you
one more time
you are my Hope,
my Rhyme,
my Truth,
my Verse,
my dispersing
of blessings

and i am undressing
for you now in my room
come take me quick
before the candlewick
extinguishes
your flame
many others
call my name
come now

hurry
i will never be
your jury or your judge
but oh how i would Love
again to nudge your soul
so deeply
into mine!

i have poured you
a glass of wine.
come toast me.
the bath is drawn
and i am warm.
i am passing out my Love
for you. Catch it now or
let it bleed and drain
into the hole
of the tub
here is the rub
let me show it to you
with my fingertips
